The original Adrecor formula has added SAMe for mood enhancing effect.  SAMe has many studies showing improved production of mood and energy enhancing neurotransmitters, improved pain in osteoarthritis, and possibly liver disease.  SAMe has been studied in combination with certain antidepressants and an additive effect was demonstrated.
